Benjamin Gröschner strengthens the H'Otello team in Berlin
Berlin, June 01, 2017 -
Benjamin Gröschner is advancing his career at H'Otello K'80 in Berlin with great strides. Since the beginning of 2017, he has been Operations Manager at Haus am Savignyplatz in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

The 29-year-old has always known that he belongs in the hotel industry. But after his shortened basic training as a hotel specialist and one year as a receptionist and event assistant, his zest for action and thirst for knowledge gave him no peace. His goal was clear to him: he wanted to go into strategic hotel management.
Gröschner learned the business processes in the hotel at the hotel management school in Thuringia. Having graduated as a state-certified business economist for hotels and restaurants, he was drawn to Berlin - but not without realizing a lifelong dream: for six months he worked on a cruise ship in the front office and discovered the world from the water ,
Back from the “seven oceans”, Gröschner headed straight for H'Otello - and started there as a trainee in the Operations division. The traineeship was followed by a year as a management assistant and now the jump to operations manager.
The H'Otello brand and in particular its home hotel, the K'80 in Berlin, mean a lot to Gröschner: modern, puristic and with high-quality design, the hotel sets new standards in its price range. The individual guest always remains in the foreground - 84 percent of regular customers speak for the success of the concept. But Benjamin Gröschner does not rest on success figures. Instead, he is looking at the next goals because he knows that the hotel industry is always changing. Full of fresh ideas and energy, Gröschner works with his team in tune with the times without being disturbed by short-lived trends - in line with the H'Otello philosophy.
