Hübbers has been responsible for launching the hotel brand on the German market since 2015 and opening the first Premier Inn Hotel in Frankfurt am Main. Now that he has laid the foundation for a successful future, he now wants to tackle a new challenge. “We thank Eric for his great commitment. The launch of the brand and the opening of our first hotel in Frankfurt were very successful thanks to his commitment and his know-how. We wish him the best for the future, ”said Mark Anderson, Managing Director Property & Premier Inn International of the parent company Whitbread PLC.

In addition to her duties as Head of Human Resources, Natalie Busch takes over the area of Huebbers and is now responsible for the operative business. “We are proud to be able to manage operational business with someone from our own company. Natalie Busch is very familiar with the brand, company structures and our expansion plans, ”says Anderson. Before joining Premier Inn, 41-year-old Natalie Busch held executive positions in the human resources department of several large hotel chains such as Ritz-Carlton and InterContinental, most recently as Area Human Resources Director Central Europe at Marriott. “Thanks to her many years of experience, she knows the hotel market very well. This market knowledge combined with their Premier Inn DNA convinced us to put our ambitious plans in their hands, ”Anderson continued.
